Customer Service : Return form


1st step :

Fill in the return form below, upon receipt of the latter, ULM TECHNOLOGIE will provide you with a return number to be indicated on the package.
Attention : Any parcel without a visible return number will be refused, the resulting costs cannot be claimed to
ULM TECHNOLOGIE.

2nd step:

Pack the goods taking care to protect the elements, any damaged goods will not be subject to exchange or refund.
The items must be returned to us in their original packaging.
Do not forget to indicate the return number on your package to avoid a refusal of the latter.
We advise you to use a carrier with a tracking number, ULM TECHNOLOGIE cannot be held responsible in case of loss by the carrier.

3rd step :

Upon receipt of your package, ULM TECHNOLOGIE will take charge of it and will inform you of the progress of your request.

Please note that, as indicated in article 10 of our general sales conditions, the customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of his order to return any item that does not suit him and ask for an exchange or a refund without penalty, except for the return shipping costs that remain at the customer's expense.
After this period, ULM TECHNOLOGIE is entitled to refuse the return of the goods.
